Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?
I never look in the past because you can’t go back and recover anything that has already happen so I’m a live in moment type guy so I live life for the future never for the pass all of my time now is present…😎😀😍😉

I am a Now Moment person.
Past is behind whether good or bad win or lose it’s gone over and done with
Future is elusive not guaranteed may never come into being and on a Spiritual level that’s God’s holding and handling of Future.
Now is Present I have somewhat control for each moment so that’s my concern. I live and operate in moment zone in my personal life.
Professional I have to work with deadlines planning and even then I am mostly right on the wire, right on-time.
Seriously I don’t waste my time over what I cannot control in Present much less the Past. Too much stress and burning up of valuable brain cells needed for the present moments.
