Not always putting others before self, I really have dropped the ball with not always putting others before self as the years go by I’m getting better. But I was always taught put others before self if you want to get all of GOD’s blessings so I’m a work in progress but I’m almost there but ask my Grandkids they know Pop is the “G.O.A.T.” Lol 😆

Taking my medications as prescribed and doing what my Dr. Tells me to do, I’m a great patient ask my Dr. He not only my Dr. but we a close friends. The first person at my bedside after have my operation for the stroke I had in 2012 was Dr. Kendall aka Special “K”that’s what I affectionately name him because he’s Special to me, The only bad thing about him he likes the Duke Blue Devils and of course I’m a North Carolina Tar-Heel so our conversations get intense lol he my guy…🙏🏿🙏🏻🙏🏿🙏🏻
