What was the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself?
Staying true to my Special Diet, it’s hard but I have been true for 4 years now but being Diabetic and on Special Diet I have one cheat day and that’s Sunday but even that day it’s still in moderation…✌🏽👍🏽✌🏽👍🏽
