What are your family’s top 3 favorite meals?
Our 3 family meal before I went on Special Diet would have been #1 Fried Chicken, Mac & Cheese, Collard Greens & Cornbread. #2 Beef Stew&Rice, Corn, Broccoli & Cheese and or Role/ Biscuits #3 Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic Toast $ Tea , I’m going to cheat #4 Steak, Bake Potato, Salad and Mountain Dew lol doesn’t make the order either. Me being diabetic I do have one cheat day that day is Saturday after that it’s back to basics…😝😎😝😎

If could have meet Muhammad Ali that would have been a blessing and the reason behind this choice is for me for what he stood for.
