Not that my Dr. would approve being I’m diabetic and it’s more so the carbohydrates not so much the Sugar that you really have to pay attention to both are pivotal in maintaining your numbers I’m a snicker fan of Little Debbie lol I know what yes every once in a while I’ll cheat and have a couple. Me I do things I’m moderation I never over do so I’m always in control so me right now if I was to have snack mine would be “Little Debbie “ lol 😆
