How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

I’m not really a goal setter no I’m a little older now and I live my life one day at a time, the time I have left I just watch my grandkids grow and spend much time as I can hanging out and seeing there joy that my story and I’m sticking to it. With all these health issues and age I’m just thankful for GOD giving me a chance to continue to be here that’s my goals…🙏🏿🙏🏻🙏🏿🙏🏻
