I’m Special diet now so I stick to the plan trying to eat healthy but when I do cheat it’s Ruth Chris for me, me being diabetic I flow Patty Labelle regimen we have to have 1 cheat day she has been diabetic for I think she is 35 or 40 in the game , I also follow Dr.Phil he’s 40 something now he always said Diabetes is not a death sentence but a lifestyle change today now cooking 🥘 it’s Ruth Chris baby lol have a bless Sunday WordPress #WeAllWeGot….🙏🏿🙏🏻🙏🏿🙏🏻

Not to be sarcastic but hopefully 6 feet above which is always a plus and not 6 feet below which is never good, for me 10 years from by his grace I can make to that milestone I will be 75 that’s always a plus . But each day we live it’s crazy because that’s one day we get closer to death those are facts & truths so I live my life now one day at a time that’s all I can do now and enjoy those grandkids to the “Max” with that being said Thank You LORD for another trip around the Sun 🌞
