What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
For me that habit each day is eating healthy. Since being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in 2014 I’m special diet so everything I eat is healthy but I admit I do have one cheat day and that day is Sunday I never over do it and that particular day it’s in moderation for sure. So yeah that’s my daily habit eating healthy and that probably something out of somebody’s garden 🪴…👌🏿👍🏽👌🏿👍🏽
